My very first post...

Hi, my name is Zane Alexander Cooke. I'm not actually born yet, but I'm expected to enter this world sometime around the 20th of July. Some people might think it a bit strange that I already have my own blog, but I say why wait for something as trivial as birth to get started on the Internet!

Anyway, my mom and dad are very excited about me joining the family, which currently consists of them, and our dogs Ned (pug) and Zeta (German Shepherd). I'm not quite sure how excited Ned and Zeta are going to be about me coming into the picture, as it will likely mean a little less play time and attention for them, but I'm sure we'll all get along fine and they'll have my back.

Mom and dad are real busy right now working and trying to get our new house ready to move into, but they still find time to press on mom's stomach so they can feel me kick. I wish that mom would quit pressing so hard...and listening to that hip-hop crap in the car.

Well, I guess I better go for now, but I'll keep everyone updated on how I'm doing.
